Welcome to Hotel The Purple Orchid. By making a reservation or staying at our hotel, guests agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation is allowed up to 48 hours prior to the check-in date.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will attract one night retention charges.
  • No-show bookings will be charged 100% of the first night’s stay.
  • Group bookings and event bookings may have separate cancellation terms as per agreement.
  • Early departure may result in retention charges as per hotel policy.

2. Refund Policy

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment.
  • Bank or payment gateway charges, if any, will be deducted.
  • Advance payments for non-refundable rates are not eligible for refunds.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on bank processing time.

3. Check-in & Check-out Policy

  • Standard check-in time: 02:00 PM.
  • Standard check-out time: 12:00 Noon.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory at check-in.

4. Payment Policy

  • 50% advance payment may be required to confirm bookings during peak season or events.
  • Full payment must be settled at the time of check-in unless credit arrangements are approved.
  • Accepted payment modes include cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and bank transfer.
  • GST will be applicable as per government norms.

5. Child & Extra Bed Policy

  • Children below 6 years stay complimentary without extra bed.
  • Extra bed charges apply for children above 6 years and adults.

6. Hotel Rules

  • Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
  • Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is obtained.
  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to maintain safety and comfort of guests.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property.

7. Liability Policy

  • The hotel is not responsible for loss of valuables not deposited in the safe.
  • Guests are advised to secure personal belongings at all times.
  • The hotel shall not be liable for unforeseen events beyond control (force majeure).
