Welcome to Hotel The Purple Orchid. By making a reservation or staying at our hotel, guests agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation is allowed up to 48 hours prior to the check-in date.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will attract one night retention charges.
- No-show bookings will be charged 100% of the first night’s stay.
- Group bookings and event bookings may have separate cancellation terms as per agreement.
- Early departure may result in retention charges as per hotel policy.
2. Refund Policy
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment.
- Bank or payment gateway charges, if any, will be deducted.
- Advance payments for non-refundable rates are not eligible for refunds.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on bank processing time.
3. Check-in & Check-out Policy
- Standard check-in time: 02:00 PM.
- Standard check-out time: 12:00 Noon.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory at check-in.
4. Payment Policy
- 50% advance payment may be required to confirm bookings during peak season or events.
- Full payment must be settled at the time of check-in unless credit arrangements are approved.
- Accepted payment modes include cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and bank transfer.
- GST will be applicable as per government norms.
5. Child & Extra Bed Policy
- Children below 6 years stay complimentary without extra bed.
- Extra bed charges apply for children above 6 years and adults.
6. Hotel Rules
- Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
- Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is obtained.
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to maintain safety and comfort of guests.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property.
7. Liability Policy
- The hotel is not responsible for loss of valuables not deposited in the safe.
- Guests are advised to secure personal belongings at all times.
- The hotel shall not be liable for unforeseen events beyond control (force majeure).
